Prof. Dr. Muthana Alrifai

Biography:

Muthana Alrifai received the B.S. degree from Kuwait University, Kuwait, in 1993, and the M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, in 1994 and 1999, respectively. He is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering and Petroleum, Kuwait University since 1999. His current research interests include the control of Power systems and motor drives.
