Biography:

Driss ABOUTAJDINE received the Doctorat de 3’ Cycle and the Doctorat d’Etat-es-Sciences degrees in signal processing from the Mohammed V-Agdal University, Rabat, Morocco, in 1980 and 1985, respectively. He joined Mohammed V-Agdal University, Rabat, Morocco, in 1978, first as an assistant professor, then as an associate professor in 1985, and full Professor since 1990, where he is teaching, Signal/image Processing and Communications. Over 30 years, he developed research activities covering various topics of signal and image processing, wireless communication and pattern recognition which allow him to publish over 300 journal papers and conference communications.
