Biography:

Abdellatif Elkouny received the B.E. degree in Computer Science and the M.S. degree in artificial intelligence systems from the Military Technical College, Cairo, Egypt in 1987 and 1993 respectively. He attained the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from Kent University, United Kingdom in 2003. He was selected to Cairo University and to Institute of Statistical studies & Research as a part time professor. Since 2006 he is a member of the national Technical Securing and Ciphering Board. He has presided or participated in a variety of more than 15 research projects.
