Biography:

Dr. M. Lahmer is an engineer from National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis in Morocco, He obtained a Ph. D at Mohammed V-Souissi University (ENSIAS) in 2009. He has been teaching experience for 7 years. He is currently a Professor in Moulay Ismail University at Higher School of technology, Meknes, Morocco, He conducts his research and teaches Information Systems and Telecommunications.
