Robert H. Luke received his B.S. in Computer Science in 2002 and a M.S. in Computer Science in 2005 from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, USA. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Missouri. He is a National Library of Medicine Predoctoral Fellow. His research interests include computational intelligence, computer vision, and image processing. Bob won the best student paper award at the IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (FUZZ-IEEE), WCCI 2008.
