John F. O'Brien received the Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001. He is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wyoming. His research areas include Robotics, Automatic Control, Kinematics, dynamics, and control of parallel mechanisms. Applications include vibration suppression and precision pointing for space/military payloads, and manufacturing.
