Dr. M M Gouda was born in Fayium, Egypt on 1967. He received the BSc and MSc degrees from Faculty of Electronics Engineering, Menofiya Univers-ity, Egypt on 1990 and 1995 respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree from Electrical and Electronics engineering Dept. School of Engineering, Northumbria University, Newcastle, England, 2002. Since January 1992, he has been with the Electronics Technology Dept, Faculty of Industrial Education, Helwan University, Cairo Egypt. His research areas are: control systems, predictive control, fuzzy systems, neural networks, adaptive fuzzy system, power system, solar systems, and building energy managements system. Dr. Gouda received the Nabier Shaw Bronze Medal of the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE – London, UK) for the best paper, London, October 2004. He is member of the IEE and IEEE since 2001.
